Corporate Product Design Meeting

This summer, our two bosses – Fred Held and Thomas Märzke – met with the design team at Olympus Headquarters in Japan. The three-day event with the aim of exchanging views on all international project topics from the various Olympus production locations takes place twice a year. In order to maintain a uniform design language for the products despite different locations and cultures, it is important to exchange views on global project topics and define formal and functional directions.

Current and future projects of the Olympus locations Tokyo, Germany, England and the USA were discussed. This and the numerous previous meetings are a result of more than 20 years of cooperation between Olympus and Held +Team.
