Venofix Safety

Venofix Safety are safety venipuncture sets for short-term infusion. Each one is equipped with a safety mechanism, since most needlestick injuries (risk of infection) occur when using blood-filled needles. The safety mechanism is activated by an audible click and automatically covers the tip of the needle. The fixation wings also provide additional security: They are made of soft silicone and offer the option of being folded up and held securely between the thumb and forefinger. The coloring follows the generally accepted ISO standard and varies depending on the cannula diameter and needle length.
